Independent house on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor (bed 160x200 cm) with a private shower room and independent WC. The other 3 bedrooms (beds 90x200 cm) are located upstairs with a separate shower room and WC.

On the ground floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster) opening onto the living room, a dining area as well as a lounge area with connected TV. Direct level access to the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The gite is equipped with a closed garage (opening by code given on arrival) for parking a car, bike and motorcycle, with a slow recharging socket for electric vehicles. The garage can also be used to store ski, hiking and roof box equipment. In front of the garage, you'll also have 2 additional private parking spaces.

Baby cot and high chair available in the gite.

Possibility of adding a 7th person on request with supplement.

Ideally located at the foot of the Vosges mountains and the Wine Route, 15 minutes from Colmar and 5 minutes from Munster.

The gite is not for holiday rental.

The owners live in the house opposite the gite.
