Le Taillandier & les outils de Notre-Dame

Step inside a real taillanderie and discover this craft. Maison Luquet opens its doors to you for a chat. This workshop, which once housed the axe-making site for Notre Dame de Paris, is brimming with stories, magical smells, extraordinary machines and tools of all kinds. The visit includes an introduction to the craft, a documentary film, a tour of the axe and wood workshops, a discussion session and a "modelled axe" workshop.

Duration: 1 hour
There is no minimum age for the visit, but children must be supervised by their parents.
You will be working in a functional production workshop, so please wear appropriate clothing and respect the equipment. Booking is essential. For safety reasons, there will be no forging demonstrations.
