Empreintes Randos - Mountain leader - VALLéE DE MUNSTER
Céline HETZMANN has been a mountain guide since 2005, and is passionate about hiking all over the world. She will lead you along the trails, sharing her knowledge of the natural environment and cultural heritage.
"After walking around the world for 1 year, I decided to become a mountain leader. Since then, I've been walking the trails of Alsace and elsewhere. I offer guided night hikes (with or without a meal in an inn), sunrise hikes to enjoy the awakening of nature, and after-work hikes on foot or snowshoes. When the weather's fine, I also organize day hikes and yoga hikes (afternoons). See you soon on the trails.
A beautiful snowshoe hike that will take you through the forests and stubble fields of the Vosges. From up there, you'll have a breathtaking view of the valley and Munster and the blue line of the Vosges. This hike is ideal for families.
Difficulty: +/- 100m ascent and 3 km.
Minimum age: 9 years.
Times: 2pm to 4.30pm.
Departure point: Col du Platzerwasen.
Price: Adults: €25 - Children: €20
Price includes: free use of snowshoes and supervision by a qualified mountain leader.
A few tips: Bag with water or hot drink, hat, gloves, preferably ski trousers, high hiking or après-ski boots, good socks, warm clothes, sunglasses.
Your own vehicle will take you to the departure point.
Reminder of mountain law: Between 1 November and 31 March, it is compulsory to equip your vehicle with winter tyres or to have chains or snow socks in certain communes in the mountain ranges.
Dogs not permitted. Baby carriers not permitted.
If the snow conditions are not sufficient, the outing will be changed to a walking tour.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for this snowshoe outing. If this number is not reached we will warn you before the outing and we will refund you the totality of the versed sums.
