The accommodation is located on the lower level of a private house, in a private and independent space.
Access is via a separate entrance, after a few stone steps.
Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The flat comprises :
-an entrance hall opening onto a cosy living room with two sofas and a television,
a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area and a lovely view from the sofa,
-a modern bathroom with shower and WC,
-a bedroom with a double bed and superb views over the valley from the window.
Finally, there is a private terrace with panoramic views over the valley, equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue - perfect for outdoor meals or quiet evenings.
A shared washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
