Description:
Lac Vert is located on the Tanet massif at an altitude of 1053 metres. Its surface area is 7,2 ha. It owes its name to the reflection of the fir trees that surround it and to an algae that proliferates from the end of June to the end of July.
Sometimes, on Sunday mornings, you can hear the sound of alphorns, adding to the magic of the place. The lake is easy to access, you can park your car nearby (access by the Munster road to the Schlucht pass and forest road from kilometer 12).
Suggested itinerary: Lac Vert and Lac du Forlet via the ridges (2 hours).
