Description:
Lake Schiessrothried is located at an altitude of 930 metres between the Spitzekoepfe and the foot of the Hohneck. Its surface area is 5,6 ha. Along the GR5, view of the Wormspel corridor rich in fauna and flora (martagon lily, a delicacy for chamois).
Suggested itinerary: Fischboedlé Lake and Schiessrothried Lake starting from Wormsa (allow 4 hours), Gaschney (1 hours) and Hohneck (30 hours).
