- Côté Fromage Maxime works directly with producers in the Vallée de Munster. Munster, Tommette and Tommette à l'ail des ours from Ferme de L'Estive, an organic farm. Barikass from Ferme du Versant du Soleil. Organic goat's cheese, direct from Chèvrerie du Londenbach. For the rest of her cheeses, she chose La fromagerie Saint Nicolas for its vast choice, professionalism and high standards.
