Visit a cheese factory

To enter a cheese shop is to see Munster cheese come to life, from the milk to the ripening process. You observe, you smell, you taste... and you understand the richness of this expertise passed down through generations.

Here, cheese is still made with patience and pride.In the hushed atmosphere of the workshops, the gestures are precise, the cellars are humid, and each wheel tells a little of the history of the valley.

Some cheese shops open their doors to visitors: demonstrations, educational tours, farm produce shop... a great way to bring a piece of the region home with you.
