Detached house for 11 people on 3 levels with 5 bedrooms: 2 bathrooms with wc: 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 2nd floor, 1 wc also on the first floor, 1 washing machine, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, 1 dining room, 1 living room with table for 4 people and sofa bed for 2 people (160 x 190cm). The lounge connects the dining room to the garden with an arbour. Access to the living room on the ground floor of the garden via a ramp for anyone with reduced mobility.  Internet access.

The house is located in a quiet area away from the main road.

There is a 30-hour gap between the arrival and departure of tenants to allow for natural ventilation and thorough cleaning.
A mask must be worn when guests arrive and leave.
To ensure good hygiene, hydro-alcoholic gel is available at the entrance to the gite and in each bathroom and kitchen.

Disinfectants, single-use gloves and mops are also available.
Household linen (bed and bath sheets) is boiled at 60 degrees Celsius.
A cleaner to sanitise the rooms replaces the traditional hoover.

Opening hours outside the gite are as follows: 11pm on Saturday evenings and on the eve of public holidays.
10.30pm from Monday to Friday and on Sunday evenings to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

GITE EXTERNAL SECURITY: Lighting is provided in the car park and garden. Outside video surveillance is installed.
