mix sugar and butter, eggs then flour
let stand for 8 hours

200 g butter 500 g of type 45 flour 125 g ground almonds 2 eggs vanilla 250 g caster sugar
mix butter and flour
mix the rest of the ingredients and add them to the first mixture when the dough is smooth
pipe with a fluted nozzle
cook TH 6
