Need to relax? Rejuvenate with the trees and the elements of nature. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the beauty of the stubble landscape and the sounds and smells of the forest in spring. Exercise your inner calm with some relaxation exercises.

The relaxation sessions will take place along a gentle, slow walk, not a sport or a hike. You are advised to wear comfortable clothes that are suited to the weather and protect you from the cold and wind, and to bring closed shoes such as trainers or high boots for safe walking. Bring something to quench your thirst (a small bottle of water) and your personal first-aid kit if you need it. If necessary, a small foam square or cushion can be brought along for extra comfort when practising sitting on the floor. To ensure that everyone gets the most out of the experience, we recommend that you do not wear perfume or smoke during the session.
