Discover rejuvenation through the forest along the waterfalls and experience a sophrology session in the heart of nature for your greater well-being!

Sophrology moments will take place along a gentle, slow walk; this is not a sport or a hike. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes suited to the weather, and sneakers. If necessary, bring a waterproof windbreaker, something to quench your thirst (a small bottle of water) and, if necessary, your personal first-aid kit. If necessary, bring a small foam pad or cushion for extra comfort when practicing on the ground. To ensure that everyone gets the most out of the experience, we recommend that you don't wear perfume or smoke during practice. Walking sticks or a bulky bag are superfluous.
