Unusual dinner at the table of a Nobel Peace Prize winner - 2nd date

In the heart of the small Alsatian village of Gunsbach, enter the intimacy of one of the most famous Nobel Peace Prize winners: Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965), musician, philosopher, theologian and pioneer of humanitarian medicine. In his house, which remains as he left it in 1959 during his last stay in Europe, one almost expects to see him appear at the turn of a corridor... During a private visit, anecdotes and objects will plunge you into the heart of his impressive career and will make you discover the women who marked his life. After the aperitif, your host will exceptionally invite you to push open the doors of the dining room of the "Great Doctor" and to settle down in this place usually inaccessible to the public. You will be seated among a dozen privileged guests for an intimate and gourmet experience. For your enjoyment, Thony Billon, Chef of the Grands Arbres de la Verte Vallée restaurant, has been inspired by menus kept in the museum's collections to prepare a menu in homage to Albert Schweitzer... but shhhh, the menu is secret and will be revealed to you at the last moment... This unique moment will be punctuated by anecdotes told by Jenny Litzelmann, Director of the Museum, who will gladly share some of the life stories of this great man at the service of others.
