Visit and milking of goats at the Londenbach farm

Munster isn't the only cheese made in the Vallée de Munster. There's also goat's cheese from the Londenbach goat farm in Soultzeren!
Right in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Park, at an altitude of 800 metres, the goats live in the middle of nature, giving their milk and cheese a fresh, flowery flavour. For even more originality, we use herbs that grow in Alsace, such as wild garlic and black and yellow mustard. In addition, Tommes and Tommettes have been developed, which are less well known but still very tasty! All the cheeses from the Londenbach goat farm are certified organic.
