Tinged with poetic moments and little narrative touches full of humor and derision, Danse avec les livres blends hip-hop dance, mime and burlesque. The book, as the only common thread, becomes a veritable element of scenography, plastic, sound and smell.
Through the manipulation of this object, our three protagonists meet, confront and mischievously question its place in their lives.
Between body and set, "Danse avec les livres" is a tribute to the book. Sometimes sacralized, sometimes hated, often adored, books are transformed into everyday objects.
