Seasonal cow migration to summer pastures with the ferme auberge Buchwald

Follow the tracks of Suzi, the vogesan cow of the farm Buchwald which will lead the herd during the transhumance of the firm inn of Buchwald. Share this family tradition every year. Dany, Hansi, Julie and Jérémie, dressed in the traditional marcaire costume suggest you walking with them and 40 cows to the sound of cowbells. Every cow is dressed for the occasion of a bell which resounds through the mountain. You will leave the farm of the village in the morning in the sound of the accordion. A break is planned in the Farm “du Ried”, folk atmosphere and horns corns of the Alps. The transhumance ends in Ferme auberge Buchwald witch is 1050m height. Sabrina and Mireille waits for you for a marcaire meal in the sound of the accordion.
