BUTTERBREDELE
250 g sugar
250 g butter
8 egg yolks
500 g flour type 45
· Mix sugar, butter and eggs, then flour
· Allow to rest for 8 hours
· Cut in pieces and cook on TH 6-7
SPRITZBREDELE
200 g butter
500 g flour type 45
125 g almond powder
2 eggs
Vanilla
250 g sugar
· Mix butter and flour
· Mix the other ingredients and add to the first mixture when smooth
· Use a piping socket to give shape
· Cook on TH 6
SCHWOWEBREDELE
300 g butter
300 g sugar
2 eggs
20 g cinnamon
150 g almond powder
900 g flour
1 lemon zest
· Mix butter and sugar
· Mix the rest of the ingredients
· Allow to rest for the night
· Rool out ton 1/2cm thickness
· Cut in shapes, brush with egg yolk
· Cook on TH 7 for about 10 minutes
