Take the A35 to Colmar. Exit # 23 to Munster. Continue on the D83 then on the N417.

From Mulhouse to Munster:  

Allow 45 min, 60 km of which about 26 km are on motorway.
In Mulhouse take the A35 to Colmar / Strasbourg, exit # 28 Niederhergheim
Continue on the D1B to Colmar then the N417 to Munster.

From Colmar to Munster:

Allow 20 min, 18 km.
